We do not provide delivery, only self collection for now. Please book your own delivery.
2. WHERE IS THE SELF COLLECTION ADDRESS?
Lucky Plaza Apartment, Orchard 238863. Complete address will only be provided once order is confirmed, as we are home based.
3. WHAT ARE THE COLLECTION TIMINGS?
Mon & Tues: OFF
Wed - Fri: 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 7pm
Sat & Sun: 11am - 2pm
4. HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT BLOCK?
Please enter through Lucky Plaza Shopping Mall and take the apartment lift (located at level 2), next to Sari Ratu Restaurant.
5. HOW LONG CAN THE CAKE LAST OUTSIDE?
About 2-3 hours in AC room. Please avoid direct sunlight at all times. Also, do note that we do not provide dry ice.
6. HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Our website and order form open on the 20th of every month. Once the slots are full, you will not be able to place in any order. Please note that we only take in order on monthly basis (i.e. slots for April will be opened on 20th March, until fully booked).
7. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR CUSTOM CAKES?
Through the order form. Once, you have submitted the order form, we will reach out to you through email within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday).
8. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PETITE CAKES?
Through the website directly. Once fully booked, you will not be able to click on the collection dates. No customisation.
9. ARE YOU ABLE TO RECREATE THE EXACT DESIGN AS REFERENCE?
Nope. We are not able to replicate with 100% resemblance, as custom cakes are a work of art made individually by hands. In addition, we respect the work of other bakers/artists and will not fully replicate their designs. With that, every cake is created specially for you. :)
10. ARE YOU ABLE TO RECREATE THE EXACT COLOUR SHADE AS REFERENCE?
We will do our best to get as close as possible. However, just like custom designs, every colour is mixed individually to achieve the desired colour. Most colours require mixing 2 or more different colours. Hence, the final shade may be subject to slight variations. Bear in mind that factors such as photo's lighting and cake temperature may also affect the colour.
11. DO YOU HAVE ANY READY ITEMS?
We don't. As we are home based, all our items are baked upon orders.
12. WHY IS THE ORDER FORM UNAVAILABLE SOMETIMES?
As daily submission is limited, order form will be unavailable once we have reached the daily submission quota. The form will become available again at 12 midnight, unless fully booked.
13. CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN/ COLLECTION DATE?
Unfortunately, we do not allow changes once order is confirmed. This is to avoid possible confusion, as we are a small team managing the overall operation. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
14. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No cancellation once order is confirmed. Please place your order carefully.
15. ARE YOU ABLE TO SQUEEZE IN ANY LAST MINUTE ORDER?
Only if there is an available slot. Once we are fully booked, we are not able to take in anymore order.
16. ARE YOU HALAL CERTIFIED?
We are not. However, all our ingredients are, except for Rum Tiramisu (contains alcohol).
17. WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?
Through website (for petite cakes & ready cakes) - Credit Cards (Visa & Master)
Through order form (for custom cakes & cupcakes) - PayNow, PayLah/ Bank transfer.
