DELIVERY

AFTERNOON: 12pm - 3pm.

• Delivery fee: $20/ location.
• Strictly no requesting of specific timing within the slot as the delivery man plans the route.

• If you need your cake to be delivered earlier than our available timing, please opt for delivery to be done 1 day earlier instead and keep your cakes in your refrigerator.

 

Your order will be cancelled without any refund, if:

• Wrong/ incomplete address is provided.
• Main door is not accessible (driver is unable to leave it at the door) and you are not contactable during delivery.

 

No delivery to the following locations:

• Hotels
• Airport
• Hospitals
• Uni/ Hostels
• Shopping Malls
• Tuas & Sentosa

 

NOTICE:

• We do not offer redelivery, as delivery is done by a third party.
• Each delivery comes with a risk and we are not liable for damage done during deliveries. 
• Driver will leave the cake by the door if no one is available to receive. We are not liable for melted/ damaged/ lost item.
• We highly recommend self pickup, due to the fragile nature of cakes.
